Its Greek to Me: An Introduction to New Testament Greek
Taught by Sister Mary Jean, CSM
The ability to read the Bible in the languages in which it was written has an eye-opening affect on the the study of scripture. New Testament Greek is accessible to the serious student with a little disciplined study. An experienced teacher of Greek and Latin, Sister Mary Jean has taught beginning New Testament Greek to clergy and lay students alike for the past three years at the convent.
This study encompasses two sections: a first-year class and an onoing practicum study for student to hone their skills.

Beginning New Testament Greek
A nine month, weekly study of New Testament Greek for the purpose of in-depth Bible study. This course entails a serious commitment of time, homework and memorization.
The current on-going class meets on Tuesdays from 1:30-3 p.m.
A new class is expected to form in the Fall of 2012.
On-going Greek Practicum
A weekly Bible study from the Greek text taken from the upcoming Sunday's Proper readings. Open to Beginning Class graduates or those with intermediate skills in Koiné Greek.
