Our Associate Beverly Simmons sent us a copy of Father Jeff Simons’ book, My Life and My Death, published by Church Publishing, Inc. It’s ISBN is 0-89869-445-0, and it costs $14. Father wrote the book in his final months in Peekskill while facing his impending death. He writes about last things and God with the same humor and practicality that he revealed in the many retreats he gave in Peekskill.

Josephine Meeker, an active member of St. Matthew’s Episcopal Church, Unadilla, and a Daughter of the King was received at the Sisters’ temporary chapel at the Christ the King Spiritual Life Center, March 13, 2004 by Bishop David Bena.

Richard Mammana married Mary Christian Brownrigg on May 22, 2004 at Church of the Resurrection in New York City. The couple are living and working in Manhattan.

The Very Rev. Michael Magangani was received as a Priest Associate by the Sisters at St. Mary’s Convent, Luwinga, in September 2004. Dean Magangani is presently Dean of St. Peter’s Cathedral, Likoma Island, Malawi; but previously he was rector in Sr. Maria Nema’s parish in Karonga. Welcome to our first Malawian Priest Associate!
