How to Be Good: The Virtues & the Formation of Christian Character
Taught by the Venerable Dr. Christopher Brown,
CSM Chaplain and Canon Theologian for the Diocese of Albany
The New Testament not only proclaims what God has done in Christ to atone for sin and make us his children by adoption and grace. It also outlines the nature of our response to God's saving work -- which is an intentional life of obedience and the active formation of our character, as God's covenant people.
This course, which began in the fall of 2011, presents the rich Christian traditon regarding the cultivation of virtue in order to provide a road map and practical guidance to help us conform our lives to Christ.
